If your pump does not start, or delivers less water than expected, please check the following:
Solar Module
- Check whether all plugs are connected correctly
- Check whether there is enough irradiation
- Check whether the PV modules are dirty, shaded or not facing towards the sun
- Check whether the modules are connected in a correct way, check the input voltage of the controller
- Check whether the connected solar modules have enough power/voltage
Controller / Wiring
- The plugs are wet or have not been inserted properly
- The controller is too hot and needs to cool down
Pump / Hose
- Is the pump submersed in the water? Check the water level (dry running)
- The pump is clogged with mud or sand
- The hose or pipe is blocked, twisted or kniked
- The water temperature is too high, the pump will stop or not start → check the temperature class of your pump
- The water temperature is too low → the flow is reduced
- The pump was exposed to the sun and is too hot
- The lift is higher than the head range of the pump
